Summary of the new feature / enhancement

Could you please support all still supported windows versions? Ive got a windows 10 enterprise 2016 here:

and the only thing mpv.exe meanages to do is

i would really appreciate that you would support all still supported os-versions with your current builds (like no win7 is ok but this still gets updates, support and all)
i know 8.1 is gone now but...

Also please tell me what is the currently av. latest build that supports taht version of winNT?

PS: an msi installer with auto entry in PATH would be nicer, having it to do myself is ok but i like one click stuff in busy days
