  • I am a contributor to the Prefect codebase

Description

We should have a way of revisiting older issues that users express interest/concern in

it should be pretty easy to use the GitHub API to automate a process to check for older issues with high engagement and put it back in Needs Priority

Impact

losing track of important issues is bad
