data-instance-id missing if block is duplicate in another language

I noticed when I duplicate a block from a language to another one, the block has an empty attribute data-instance-id=""
First block is created from scratch, and has it.

data-instance-id is kind of important, for example if I set up a specific configuration for a slideshow, I don't want the configuration to apply on other slideshow or make a conflict between those.
