Binary releases

L: Hi, we're the admins of artemislena.eu, we've been hosting https://tok.artemislena.eu for a while and, since ProxiTok seems to be entirely broken now, want to shut it down, and we just heard of StickTok. We're considering switching to it, but we really don't like manually building images and then manually having to update them or setting up a script that does updates for us. Any chance you could publish the binary images, e.g. on GHCR, quay.io, or Docker hub, and update them whenever there's a new release (whether manually or via GH Actions or somesuch)?

Hi @artemislena ! We do have docker images but they require pretty consistent maintenance and we need to scale back on this offering because we have close to zero community support for development (despite hosting 120K+ videos or so). The frontend breaks every few months and pulls our efforts away from the PrivacySafe.app applications.

I don't mean to start a potential collab off on the wrong foot, but we are either going to try and crowdfund this thing or retire it. If you would like to help and this is useful, let's talk in another forum about that.

@3n-mb if you could just reply on the technical merits of the above; I know we have discussed Docker hub in the past.
