Error Getting Units when using #include with system variable and a dropdown

See the attached .cpd files, when trying to execute the input after selecting an option from the dropdown, a pop-up of "Error Getting Units" occurs. I tested the same configuration without the system variable in the path and it worked as expected. It seems to still compile correctly despite the error message.
