Not sure that it needs to be fixed nor that it could be fixed easily, but the current keyword matching logic searches for keywords in the entire string -- not just in the tweet text.

Ideally, the filter stream is doing the best filtering logic on Twitter's end.

Consider this, however:

The collection on terms "tuskegee" and "havasupai" are picking up A LOT of extra tweets because there are users tweeting about "vaccine" who are from Tuskegee. their profile description says "tuskegee" -- therefore, these tweets end up in this collection because they are arriving from the "vaccine" collection.

Just requires another filtering step in analysis, but something to know about.
