Refactors GenerateHeatmap transforms for clarity

Streamlines the GenerateHeatmap and GenerateHeatmapd transforms for better usability and code clarity. Specifically: - Improves the input landmark array validation to provide a more descriptive error message. - Removes example notebooks.
