Unable to view segmentation and SmartEdit option in the latest version 0.8.5 in OHIF version 3.10.0-beta.5

I have downloaded the source for MONAILabel version 0.8.5. I ran the build.sh file from the plugins/ohifv3 folder that checked out OHIF repo and configured it with MONAI label extension and mode. When I opened that repo and try to run yarn start it starts running in the dev mode.
However when I open any image in MONAI Label mode I am not getting any segmentation and SmartEdit options in the MONAI Label panel.

i think we are missing a step even i followed the tutoriel as it
i don't know if it could be related to DICOM Web
