We have seen markdown-link-check failed for recent PRs, and believed that it was caused by using the latest version of

Since the markdown link check isn't a required item for PRs to be merged, the current plan is waiting for a fix in the package (with appreciation).
Alternatively, we can use lower versions if the issue persists for a longer period of time.
