Cannot summon "Brave Neos" with "Neos Fusion" and "Fusion Parasite"

Q: I activated "Neos Fusion", and sent "Elemental HERO Neos" and "Neo-Spacian Grand Mole" to the Graveyard to Special Summon "Elemental HERO Brave Neos". In this situation, if I activate "Fusion Recovery", can I target that "Elemental HERO Neos" or "Neo-Spacian Grand Mole"?

A: Monsters sent to the Graveyard by the effect of "Neos Fusion" are not considered Fusion Materials used for the Special Summon. Therefore, they cannot be targeted with "Fusion Recovery".

Fusion Parasite

This card can be used as a substitute for any 1 Fusion Material whose name is specifically listed on the Fusion Monster Card, but the other Fusion Material(s) must be correct. Cannot be used as Fusion Material otherwise. If this card is Special Summoned (except during the Damage Step): You can Fusion Summon 1 Fusion Monster from your Extra Deck, using monsters you control as Fusion Materials, including this card.

Neos Fusion

Special Summon 1 Fusion Monster from your Extra Deck that lists exactly 2 monsters as material, including "Elemental HERO Neos", by sending those monsters from your hand, Deck, or field, ignoring its Summoning conditions. For the rest of this turn after this card resolves, you cannot Special Summon monsters. If a Fusion Monster(s) you control that lists "Elemental HERO Neos" as material would be destroyed by battle or card effect, or shuffled into the Extra Deck by its own effect, you can banish this card from your GY instead.

Since "Fusion Parasite" is not being used as Fusion Material by Neos Fusion, it should be able to be sent by its effect, however this is not currently permitted because the Neos Fusion script is checking if a card could be Fusion Material.
