third paragraph, the "CAR file" link

ideally it should point to the actual IPDL reference for CAR files

To reproduce
go to Verifying Storage on Filecoin | Lesson 2 of 6, third paragraph, click on the "CAR file" link, see it doesn't show a CAR file definition
