i get this error when importing project as module in android studio
Error:(1, 0) Plugin with id 'holoeverywhere-app' not found.

I delete the plugin and went back to Android and Import the library itself, I've to modify the library and mark it as an android-library and that was it. Disclaimer: I'm not using any Add on

Personnatly, after 1 month I couldn't wait anymore and switched to the official AppCompat lib.
It took me 2~3 days and 2000 compilation errors to fix but now it works just fine.
Removing all holoeverywhere imports fixed like 1000+ compilations error then you have to fix a few issues (not that much) :
FragmentActivity or ActionBarctivity instead of Activity
Style must inherit from Material theme instead of Holo...
id for preferences -> key string (use the makeKeyFromId method from holoeverywhere and use your id name as a key string)
getSupportActionBar
getSupportFragmentManager
prefix by app: instead of android: for menuItem
...
hope it helps...

I take this opportunity to again give my thanks for Holoeverywhere :
For a long time, Google released lots of android version and Holoeverywhere was the only library that allowed us to have consistent themes/behavior on all those versions. It was doing the job that appCompat is doing now... Damn google for taking so long to release a support library as good as Holoeverywhere (and praise to Prototik, ChristopheVersieux & cie)
