Update to use Adventure components #54
Description
Currently, PhatLoots is full of legacy string and color code usage from the old Bukkit days. As of the latest version, PhatLoots now only runs on Paper and thus has access to Adventure.
This will likely be done over multiple versions, but will modernize much of the codebase and reduce confusion with legacy color codes.
