Create issue on a new discovery

I was thinking of a way Bandit can automatically create an issue (on github/JIRA) when it discovers a new security issue.

So far I know,bandit -r . scans whole code tree for any issues but it cannot perform any API call in between the process. Can that be done?

Or should there be something like: find . -type f -name '*.py' | while read -r line; do bandit $line <and POST issue on github if found new issue>; done
