add `include_frontalablation` argument in `run_calibration.py`

Adding a include_frontalablation boolean argument in the argparser for run_calibration.py would allow for the advanced_test_tw.ipynb notebook to be run without needing to modify the config.yaml file in the middle. This would also allow this notebook to be added to the list of tests (see #50).
