What happened?

Sometimes (seemingly randomly?) when the developer is writing code I will get this error and a prompt to retry. If I say yes, it will start doing everything again from the last step but then hit the error again. The only way I have found around it is to check the step, go back one or two, then change the inputs to try to avoid it but it is quite tedious. If anyone knows any workarounds or what causes this that would be helpful.
