Domain qtodotxt.org will expire in 30 days #116

In 30 days the domain name qtodotxt.org will expire.

I don't use QTodoTxt anymore so if a contributor wants it I can transfer him the ownership of the domain name.

If no one want the ownership, the domain will go back to the public domain.

I decided to continue QTodoTxt2 development for some time.
I'm not interested in the domain name - I think github (description and releases) is good enough.
