Question: How can I change interface Icons? #138

Hi!

I want to change qTodoTxt interface icons, but I can't find the way to do that.

I downloaded and executed directly from github zip file, I am not able to find the artwork folder to change icons.

Almost all icons are loaded from desktop icon theme, but there are some others that there are no available:
