Transpiler module overview is missing some output

@ElePT discovered this problem on her Mac and I saw the same issue on Windows (Chrome).

What is happening?

Search for "For example, if we wanted to visualize the CouplingMap for the example 3 qubit target above". The three code snippets that follow are supposed to have output but don't.

How can we reproduce the issue?
