  Stuck on A11y: set aria-expanded to the toggle button. executablebooks/sphinx-togglebutton#61, need someone to merge/release.
  A11Y: Add title attribute to theme switcher pydata/pydata-sphinx-theme#1924 needs review/merge (now needs rebase)
