Host Font Online for Chinese Audience

Hi @mmcky,

Here is an issue on font raised in #123.

Currently the font are imported from the subdirectory:

FONTPATH = "fonts/SourceHanSerifSC-SemiBold.otf"

We might want to migrate it to somewhere on the internet with easy access to Chinese audience (i.e., XMU's host server?).

Then we can link to this font through urls.

This is mainly relevant for running notebooks (that are not part of the github repo) -- such as a download notebook or on a hosted JupyterHub service.
