Translation on the home page

Just one thing I found on the home page, in the QuantEcon english version home page, we are using

This lecture series provides an introduction to quantitative economics using Python.

In our chinese home page, I think we are using computational economics's translation.
I don't know how to submit a PR on the home page.

The translation for quantitative economics is "数量经济学", and currently we are using "计算经济学".
