Single cards appear massive in widgets which isn't always desirable.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Visit https://quadballuk.org/about/meet-the-team
2. Scroll down to Youth
3. See error

Expected behavior
In some cases would expect all the cards on a page to remain the same size, either as a setting or a dedicated widget that does that.
