Problem with Non English documents

I've added two files, one pdf, one docx in Indonesian language; the AI keep saying that it does not have access to the document although when I click "forget" it is listed there. I also see some text from the Indonesian document in my terminal (> Entering new StuffDocumentsChain chain... > Entering new LLMChain chain...)
