No suitable model found in config - Configure to use local LM Studio server

I am trying to setup local LM Studio on Mac OSX with dolphin. I am not sure how to configure it. What ever I try I get No suitable model found in config.

What do I need to specify in config.json, mcp_servers.json and .env please?
