UICodeCallback_ErrorDialog: Out of sync with server.

v1.11.3 appears to be fine, 1.12.2 is not

Seems to be limited to Titan modes?

Looking at the full log, the client has LTS rebalance installed, which is likely the cause of this error. Have confirmed with the author of that mod that this can be caused by it
