If the project isn't in the MagmaC3v### directory, not including subdirectories, Magma will use the default audio/stereo44.wav as if that file was located in <working directory>/audio/. No matter if the file is actually there.
To bypass, open up the file in the audio section of magma. Otherwise if a different audio file is already selected it doesn't matter.
