No "encrypt message" button in Gmail.

I have an issue - cannot get extension running. Do you mind offer me some help?

1. Followed instructions from here: http://blog.thinkst.com/2011/09/chrome-extension-for-gpg-in-gmail.html

2. Installed GPG Keychain Access (for Mac), generated Keys, exported to desktop and imported to extension:
   

3. Set path to GPG: /usr/local/bin/

4. Disabled all other extensions

5. Still no "encrypt message" button :(

Thanks for the detailed description of your issue , all you need to do is click the Plain Text link in the final image you posted.

Why is "plain text" mode needed?

@jarmo There was an issue in the past where putting back html content into the email body would cause it to do really weird things ( I think it was breaking gmail's html) , to make sure that it stayed consistent I went with plain text only. If you feel this is a feature that is needed I can look at adding it back.

I was more of surprised as to why only plain text was working. If it doesn't work with html then just adding it back would not be enough :(

I will obviously only add it back if it actually works , the plugin has changed alot since it was originally created so there is a chance it could work now
