The following error msg appears if we want to add the extension from the page Add/Remove RDF Data page:

This issue is lacking any context (what extension, what machine, clean install), please elaborate!
I hope you did not try this on the instance running on Felix computer (the IP I sent you before).

The title of the issue indicates which extension I tried to load. I tried with my own installation.

Ah, ok. But why are you trying this, it is not ready. Maybe get the SexEst extension working first.

I want to discover the structure of the extensions to be able write the documentation, about we discussed Tuesday.
Otherwise the query that gets bone organs for the particular assays is given, and it cannot be reduced. So with the performance right now I cannot do a lot. I think we should ask Herr Küchlin next week to build again the master branch onto the sylt server, and there it may work as fast as on my machine.
Moreover if the modifications on the core ontology has been done and we let the reasoner run again then remaining four assays will work automatically.
