First of all, thank you for creating+maintaining this!
Sparked by this stackoverflow question I'm wondering how open the pyshacl community would be towards the "dynamic SHACL" extesions described here. I can start implementing part of the functionality and PR this but would first like to test the waters.

Hi @athalhammer
The SHACL community are currently in the early stages of drafting the SHACL 1.2 specification.
(See https://www.w3.org/groups/wg/data-shapes/)
I believe one of the new features of SHACL 1.2 will be the "dynamic" or "conditional" shapes and constraints.
PySHACL is one of the main Open-Source reference SHACL implementations, so we will be involved in the development of the specification, and PySHACL will be getting all of the new SHACL 1.2 features as they emerge.
