There is testdata from the original repo which should be included in tests for the whole workflow as well as the individual steps.

Maybe the input/output formats have to be slightly adjusted or some code has to be added to the test which transforms the input to our required formats.

  • Simple annotation with data from SourceForge
  • Advanced annotation Stage 1 testing with data from SourceForge
  • Advanced annotation Stage 2 testing with data from SourceForge
  • Advanced annotation Stage 3 testing with data from SourceForge
  • Advanced annotation Stage 4 testing with data from SourceForge
  • Advanced annotation Stage 5 testing with data from SourceForge
