see screenshot, maploom is asking to enter credentials for: http://128.0.0.1/geoserver/wms

Is there a way to configure it so that Maploom is automatically configured and this prompt does not show?

MapLoom prompts for credentials when you are accessing a remote geoserver. When you are getting prompted for these credentials, what url is maploom being run from localhost or 127.0.0.1? Try using the same url that geoserver is set to 127.0.0.1 in the case of the screenshot.
