Anita Hanson:
Current band only goes from a band 5. We have HCAs and ward clerks who may be a band 2 or band 3. Do you also want to include *8A, 8B 8C 8D?
Our team felt these would be valuable additions. Could these suggestions be included if they haven’t already please.

when we met with you last month your agreed to add 8a, b, c and d in as these are very different
NHS Bands 8a, 8b, 8c, and 8d represent senior leadership and management roles within the Agenda for Change (AfC) pay system
