Demographics save changes doesn't work

I am delighted except now the save button does not seem to be working.
i added all the question about the trusts and a couple of other questions , also changed the words at the beginning to be more midwifery friendly and saved. But when I came back to finalise the changes had disappeared, I tried several times more to no avail.

I confirmed this by trying to change the welcome text. There's no error message but the text remains unchanged.

Maybe we're forgetting to run Survey.save() on updating.

We need a unit test to prevent this recurring.
