No Garrison. Please Help

I cant complete the quest for my garrison. Ive tried to complete the quest with ".quest complete / .quest reward" but nothing happend. There are no cinematics or changes on the map at all. After the quest "Establish Your Garrison" appears the Kill Credit Bunny NPC. I believe at this point there should something happen but nothing happend. There are also 4-5 Baros Alexston and 3-4 Prophet Velen around me and a bunch of other NPC's. And when there is a quest like "...follow Prophet Velen" then the NPC doesnt move. instead at the quest beginning is Prophet Velen and where he should move is another Prophet Velen. I cant also plant any Alliance Banner's. And when i use my Garrison Hearthstone (but i dont have a garrison) i get teleportet to a empty horde garrison. Im realy desperate. Is there any gm spell or script that i can use to get my garrison? please help me.

but there must be a commands or script that i can run to unlock/spawn my garrison. andy why do i get teleported to the horde garrison with the hearthstone? is there any tele for the alliance garrison?

There is not working garrison in this repack. The phasing is not working, the hearthstone will only send you to horde garrison and if you walk out of the place, you walk out into nothingness. Face it, garrisons do not work. Least not in any repack I have found so far, if I am wrong, then some one please tell me. I been looking for a working garrison for a long time now.
