I couldnt find an official answer to this.

How do I interpret the sim3 object?

Is it
sR | t
0 | 1

as per https://www.cis.upenn.edu/~jean/interp-SIM.pdf

Or is it
R | t
0 | s^-1

as per https://ethaneade.com/lie_groups.pdf
I believe its the latter?
