Feasibility of more shaders in general and 2 Saturn enhancements in particular.

Hello there,

I was wondering if it would be possible to include in all emus "xBR-hybrid" as an Image Effect and "CRT-Hyllian-Deposterize" as an Overlay Effect.

For the Saturn emulator in particular, I'd like to know how feasible would it be to also include Mednafen's own "GOAT Scanlines + GOATron Mask Pattern" as an Overlay Effect and Yaba Sanshiro's "HD RBG" feature.
