In other words... a snap to pointer feature on drag.
I believe this is a worthy feature, an example use-case would a full width nestable list, that when dragging an item its drag state has a max-width applied to it... a change in the original size of the element for example to make it more "friendly" to move around the screen.
Currently mouse.offset calculation will cause an offset that means the element would no longer be positioned with the pointer.
