Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Windows 11 feels sluggish / slow when doing trivial things like opening context menus , swapping between menu's, etc.

Describe the solution you'd like
Option to disable the 'Animation Effects' that affect windows and context menu's... You can find this setting by opening 'Settings', going to 'Accessibility', and then 'Visual Effects' and turning off 'Animation Effects'.
