[HELP] It is possible to remove the 500 characters limit?

My server allows up to 2500 characters I wonder if you can teach me how to remove the 500 character limit.
I checked into the settings but are really overwhelming and eventually I gave up.

My instance uses a 1000 characters limit, and tut seems to detect it just fine.

Some previous version had a char-limit config option you could set in the config.ini file, but there' no such option in the new config.toml, so I guess tut is detecting the character limit by itself.
