Plex Libraries Not Showing

Description

I'm trying to set up plex-rewind but even after restarting the setup like 5 times, I can't get it to see my Plex libraries. Sometimes when refreshing, it asks me to sign in using Plex but still has the same issue. I've tried both the local and remote secure URLs for Plex, but nothing has worked. The logs don't have anything useful in them either.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open a fresh instance of plex-rewind at localhost:8383;
2. Input your Tautulli IP and API key, followed by your Plex IP;
3. Click Save, then navigate to the General tab

Thanks for reporting, this seems to be a wider bug preventing login during initial setup flow.
