Beta Status

On the Wikipage the tool is still listed as beta, which make me kind of wary to use it.
Could the Readme be adapted to add some missing features or bugs that better explain the beta status?

Also a great idea in general, should come preinstalled with MediaWiki, when out of Beta!

The reason is marked as beta is because this tool involves filesystem operation. If the files in production are lost or other problems due to bugs, the consequences are very serious.

I'll mark it as stable and rewrite the readme at some point in the near future.

Sounds appealing, but integrating a tool into MediaWiki core can require a lengthy program to run, e.g. RFC. I feel like pushing it slowly.

Just tried it, and it worked perfectly!
But I think some of the update messages could be more informative, as every working extension just said e.g: "VisualEditor successfully upgraded" although it was already up to date. This maybe should be differentiated like: "VisualEditor is already up to date".
