Description

The Navbar isn't responsive on Mobile View and there's a problem with the Categories navlink as well.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Test the responsiveness on different devices
  2. Go to the Navbar Component
  3. Make the code responsive for different devices and test it.

Expected behavior: A toggle button should appear on Mobile View with or without logging in.

Actual behavior: The toggle button isn't showing if the user isn't logged in on Mobile View.
