Features available to users

• vouch for the atomic skill of users by mentioning the instance where that skill was used
• search, and filter on the endorsement list
• upvote/downvote on an endorsement with a description

Features available to superuser

• see all the skills
• see all the skills of a person
• reject/approve a request to assign a certain skill to the user.
• View all the votes on an endorsement request
• View the logs of the skills assigned and endorsements approval.
