Hello I did everyting exactly like explained. Even the test check command works. But when one Host is down I get no notification in Mattermost. When I check icinga the notification are enabled.

the only thing i can find is when i check on the web interface. It says no notification send. Is there anything else what i have to enable?

Hi,
this is an issue on the Icinga side. You should check your notification handling there. If you receive a notification when executing the command as specified in the Testing section, the error is not in the plugin or script. I suggest, that you chack out:

I think the problem is the --channel could you give me an example how the url should look like?

--channel example.com/xxxxx/channels/icinga2
--channel Icinga2
I tried both and always get an erros message

Try icinga2 (lower case I) as in ..../channels/icinga2

I'm still struggling with the same issue. I checked my whole icinga. I can't find anything what causes the problem. I am thinking about maybe the channel variable is wrong. Could you provide me an example of the way it should look like?

Is this right?
vars.channel = "https://mattermost.xxxxx.com/xxxxx/channels/icinga-mon"

No that is not right.
The channel is just the name of the channel. For example monitoring
