Vanilla Expanded Framework separates avali parts from each other #75

Describe the bug
Vanilla Expanded Framework causes body parts like the head, body, tail, ears, etc. to separate from each other when playing animations from Yayo's Animations (ones that rotate the sprite). This does not happen when using Yayo's Animations without VEF. It also causes eyes to not render when facing south regardless of what mods are installed aside from VEF. Disabling VEF fixes these issues. The condition of Yayo's Animations is most likely because it rotates the sprites i.e. I would assume any rotation of the sprite regardless of the source will cause this.

To Reproduce
Play with Vanilla Expanded Framework installed. I don't think there's anything that would cause the sprites to rotate without Yayo's Animations so that too.

Expected behavior
Avalis don't disassemble.

The errors about the illegal characters for this mod seem to only happen the first time after re-enabling the mod but (edit: not sure now what causes it to error because I'm still pretty sure it was not every time) don't seem to affect anything as far as I can tell. The bug still happens when they don't show up.
