Brazillian Keyboard not working correctly after 4.3.1 #1042

Description

Tested versions

Only tested in 4.3.1.stable
Prior versions didn't seem to have this issue

System information

Arch Linux 6.15.3-zen1-1-zen

Issue description

I was using redot 4.3 and everything worked, after updating to 4.3.1 the "/" key (which isn't in the american layout, so when the keyboard is set to us, it doesn't do anything) stopped working only on redot (all apps still use the regular abnt2 layout). It's also confusing since the keys type normally in their respective positions in a brazillian keyboard, but this simply doesn't do anything.

Steps to reproduce

Quite hard to do without a brazillian keyboard, but just try to input "/" by its dedicated key (instead of using altgr+q, which is my current workaround for typing paths in redot)

Minimal reproduction project (MRP)

None, it happens in the editor and even in the project manager too
