Redot can't open Visual Studio anymore 4.4.Alpha3

Issue description

Redot doesn't open Visual Studio to edit C# scripts (nor does it open internal editor)

Works with Redot 4.3

Steps to reproduce

→ Create an Empty Project
→ Go in Editor Settings
→ Set Dotnet > Editor > External Editor to Visual Studio
→ Create a .cs script
→ Double left click / Right click > Open

Minimal reproduction project (MRP)

Empty project is fine

Settings

I don't have the 4.4.Alpha3 installed anymore. But the settings are the exact same as my 4.3 install.
