First GitHub Release
The first GitHub release at 0.1.3, mainly done to try and figure out how to automate the releases and keep the GitHub release in sync with the VS Code marketplace.
The GitHub releases will contain a copy of the .vsix file, to make it easier to get the extension without having to go through the VS Code marketplace.

Versioning & stability
Regex Radar is currently in the 0.x.x phase. Breaking changes and unstable behavior are still expected.
- 0.even.x → regular releases (recommended for most users)
- 0.odd.x → pre-releases and experimental features
The first stable release will begin at 1.x.x.
