[Bug]: Disable Vanilla trade remove ALL trades

What happened?

I created a simple trade template
I turned on the "disable vanilla trade" options, to have villagers with only the trades I wanted

When I click a villager with the template, it gets the trade
I leave, I click again without the template, it has lost the trade

If I try again, turning off the vanilla option, it work normally

Alternatively: is there a way to delete all current trades a villager has?

Looks like this affects 1.18+. I'll try to fix and make a release for 1.20.1, It should be backwards compatible with 1.18.

i recommed put values in "chance" not lower than 1
thats allows u to avoid this problem at some point
